We tried EVERYTHING from the stand in Greece. We tried a few other things here and there but would have loved to try more. Some of the items we tried are listed below:
- Greek Salad with Pita Bread
- Griddled Greek Cheese with Pistachios and Honey (YUM!)
- Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki
- Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup
- Pumpkin Mousse with Ocean Spray Craisins and Orange Sauce.(So Good)
- Cannolo Al Cioccolato (Chocolate Covered Cannoli Shell Filled with Sweet Ricotta Cheese, Chocolate, and Candied Fruit)
- Linda Bean’s Perfect Maine Lobster Roll
We also had a fancy drink from some country but I can't remember where. LOL. Everything was so nice, but I wish we had known more about it so we could have been more prepared about what we wanted to try. Next time I guess :)
We started off in the front of the park at Journey Into Imagination and then played in the fountains.
This one cracks me up. Brian and Amelia are looking different ways and the water is shooting over their heads :)
After we enjoyed some time in the front of the park we headed over to the world showcase. We rode on the boat ride in Mexico and then hit the boat ride in Norway. After the ride, Gabriella found her sword and shield to become a viking princess fighter.
Making our way over to China. The kids were getting tired by this point :)
Germany
Finally made it back to the American exhibit. We kept trying to get there in time for the fife and drum parade because we heard they invited kids to walk in it. So we skipped a few stands to get there in time.
Amelia felt it was a good time for nap
Gabriella joined the parade. The kids were all given a copy of the Declaration of Independence, which she thought was a map from Jake and the Neverland Pirates.
Proud of her map...I mean Declaration of Independence.
Heading over to Italy
Brian and Amelia with spaceship earth in the background.
Cranberry Bog! Can I just say I was really excited about this. They were passing out free packets of craisins which made a great snack!
English Garden
Had to stop at the Belgium stand to see if our friends the Caspermeyers were there. We sent them an email telling them to pick us up since we finally made it over to Belgium to see them :)

We left EPCOT before the fireworks started so we could head back to the resort to see the fireworks from our beach. We had checked out earlier in the day, but we were able to leave our car there all day. So we hiked it to our beach and caught the Halloween party fireworks. They were so amazing inside of the park, but just as amazing from a distance.
Castle shot
You can see the castle in blue beneath the fireworks. Space Mountain is to the right.
After the fireworks we headed off to our other hotel to start our drive up to Ft. Walton Beach. It was the first time the girls had seen the ocean.
We had such an amazing time! I can't believe it is all over and we can't wait to go back.
