On the second morning we got up and headed off to Animal Kingdom. As soon as we got there we grabbed a fast past for the Safari. Personally I think this is one of the best rides. You get to be so close to the animals. There were a lot out in the morning as well. In fact we got so many pictures because Brian went camera happy. We had a rhino walk across the road that we were driving on and an ostrich that was sitting practically IN the road. I think the kids really enjoyed it as well.

The lioness had an intense stare on something...was it us?
Nope, right on the other side of us...dinner

While in line, Amelia snuck over to the exit line and was able to see Minnie from there. She was pretty excited!

...and another
This one is just to show that sometimes a 1 year old has just had enough :)
We really enjoyed the Lion King show, but we barely made it in at the time we went. We were one of the last ones in the door so we had standing room only. That was fun holding both of the girls for the entire show. Brian and I got to enjoy Mt. Everest by swapping out the kids. I rode next to a lady that had been on the ride 20 times that day! Sheesh! We were kind of tired that day and didn't do as much as the park had to offer. In hindsight, we should have probably taken the morning off since we were doing the Halloween party that night, but we just kept pushing through :)
I had to break this day up into two different posts. We started out the morning at Animal Kingdom and then we headed home for a break before dressing up for the Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom!
