Teacher Appreciation

For teacher appreciation week Gabriella decided to make her teacher (Mrs. Tammen) a card. We also bought a yummy cupcake for her as well.

Gabriella worked very hard on her card.

Thank you Mrs Tammen. I like that you are silly. Thanks for helping me learn math. Math is my favorite part. Gabriella

She puts dots in between all of her words.

Then she drew her a picture. Gabriella is on the left with her pigtails. That is a cardinals flag with the birds on bat that they have hanging in their room. The dots above Gabriella's head are all the colors she used in the picture. (apparently she needs a legend for her pictures) The board is the wipe and erase board in their room with math problems on it. (she also pointed out there is a piece of tap holding the pin in that holds the board up). Her teacher is the blonde holding the pointer she uses to point to the board. And then the table that Gabriella sits at with her number of the day that she stands on.
I learned more about her day from this picture than she usually tells me. LOL. Pretty detailed if you ask me. :)
