Grilled Cheese with Daddy

While Mommy was lucky enough to get the flu for Christmas, Daddy was nice enough to help out in between working the whole holiday "break". Don't even get me started on that- ugh! Though our holiday wasn't what we planned we made the best of what we could.

Brian decided to make Gabriella grilled cheese like his mom used to make by using buns turned inside out. This is the best way I know how to describe his grilled cheese. I did convince him to put some tomatoes on Gabriella's sandwich although Brian would never had that on his :)

She seemed a little unsure of Daddy's cooking at first...

But soon dug right in

Needless to say, I think she enjoyed them :) Talk about a "cheesy" photo!
